Exchange & Refund Policies

• Custom Orders: Furniture manufactured with specific dimensions or colors based on the customer's request is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of technical defects or non-conformity to the agreed specifications.

• Inspection upon Delivery: Customers must inspect the product immediately upon delivery to ensure it is free from any shipping-related damages or scratches. Signing the delivery receipt constitutes an acknowledgment of the product's sound condition.
